Our clients, well-known and highly successful Estate Agents are looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team in Crewe
As a Lettings Manager your role will involve:
- Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
- Encourage your team's development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Senior Lettings position
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to motivate a team and drive the business forward
Working hours:
As a Lettings Manager, you’ll be required to work Full Time
Our client is offering the successful Lettings Manager
- £20,000 - £26,000 Basic,
- £45.000 - £60,000 OTE
- Company Car
