Working Hours for the Lettings Manager:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Salary/Package for the successful Lettings Manager:
- A strong basic salary circa £35,000
- Market leading commission package with OTE of £65,000
- Car allowance
- Parking permit

Responsibilities for the role of the Lettings Manager:
- Lead, mentor and support a small but growing team, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Work closely with the Director to secure new business opportunities and drive portfolio growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and external partners
- Oversee the full lettings process, ensuring compliance, efficiency and excellent customer service
- Handle day‑to‑day operational management, including property marketing, viewings, negotiations and tenancy progression
Requirements for the role of a Lettings Manager:
- Proven track record of winning new business in a property-based role
- Experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or above
- Full Uk driving licence
