My client is continuing to expand due to ongoing success and is now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on building relationships, and wants to be part of a growing independent agency.

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

  • Previous experience within a sales-based role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A confident and professional approach with clients
  • Ability to work well within a busy team environment
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • A motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Alternative Saturdays with ½ in lieu.

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
  • Supporting the team in achieving branch targets and continued growth
