Our client, a well-established independent Estate Agent is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their hard-working team in Stroud.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- Previous Lettings experience
- Local area knowledge
- Great customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Negotiating offers
- Booking and attending viewings
- Give viewing feedback
- Liaising between tenants and landlords
- Application Management
In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:
- £19,000 – £20,000 basic
- £25,000 - £30,000 OTE
- Career progression
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.30am – 12.30pm
