Our client is currently are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy, friendly team in the Norwich area. They may also consider a trainee for this position depending on the individual.

As a Lettings Negotiator you must have the following requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience within the Lettings Industry
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work independently, as well as, with the wider team
- Bright and bubbly personality
- Full UK driver’s license and access to own vehicle
- Customer-focused
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Driven and career-minded
Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator:
- Matching ideal tenants to each property
- Conducting viewings.
- Managing a busy diary.
- Completing registration and reference paperwork.
- Negotiating and completing lets.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 am-5.30 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9 am – 1 pm.
Our client is offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:
- £16,000 - £19,000 Basic (DOE)
- £22,000 - £25,000 OTE
