Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in the Thanet region.
Ideally, to be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role, you must have the following attributes:
- Previous Lettings experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Full UK Driving licence
- Desire to meet and exceed targets
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Registering applicants
- Generating new business
- Negotiation between tenants and landlords
- Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
- Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to generate and retain business
As a Lettings Negotiator you’ll be required to work:
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays (rota) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a lieu day the following week.
Our client is offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:
- £17,000 - £22,000 Basic salary (Depending on experience)
- £28,000 - £30,000 OTE
