We’re currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator on behalf of our client, a well-regarded independent Estate Agency based in Norwich.

Working hours:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday – Friday and a Saturday morning on a rota (with ½ day lieu in return)

As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants on a daily basis
- Booking Viewings, property repairs and valuations
- General admin duties
- Reference checks
- Negotiating offers
