Our client is offering the successful Lettings Valuer:
- Competitive basic salary
- Up to £45,000 OTE (Uncapped)

The Role
As a Lettings Valuer, you will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice to landlords to help them achieve the best possible return on their investment
- Winning new instructions and converting valuations into listings and lets
- Generating new business and identifying growth opportunities
- Working closely with your team to market and showcase properties effectively
- Building strong relationships with solicitors, lenders and other industry professionals
- Supporting the Lettings Manager in motivating and driving team performance
- Staying up to date with local market trends and legislation
To be considering for the Lettings Valuer role, you must have:
- Proven track record of winning instructions and securing lets
- Target-driven, motivated and commercially aware
- Confident working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Professional, proactive and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence required
