We're recruiting for a Mortgage Adviser to join a highly successful and fast-paced independent mortgage brokerage in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mortgage Adviser with 6-12 months' industry experience to join an established and growing business, with full support, quality leads, and excellent earning potential.

The Role
As a Mortgage Adviser, you will:
- Conduct initial mortgage appointments with prospective clients
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage products based on their individual circumstances and requirements
- Manage client relationships from initial appointment through to application and sign-up
- Convert leads into new mortgage business
- Deliver an excellent standard of customer service throughout the mortgage process
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication
- Work towards individual targets and business objectives
- Manage your pipeline effectively and ensure a smooth client journey
Mortgage Adviser Requirements
- Fully CeMAP qualified
- 6-12 months' mortgage industry experience
- Previous experience within mortgage broking or mortgage advice
- Confident conducting first appointments and securing subsequent sign-ups
- Driven, ambitious, and motivated to achieve targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional approach with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Organised with the ability to manage a busy pipeline
What's on Offer?
- £30,000 basic salary, with the opportunity to increase to £40,000 based on performance
- Commission structure ranging from 15% - 20%
- Year 1 OTE: £40,000 - £45,000
- Year 2 OTE: £60,000+

Working Arrangement
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
