Our Clients, a successful and expanding independent estate agency, are looking for an experienced Office Administrator based in their Wokingham office.

My client has an excellent reputation in the area and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful estate agent. You must have a keen eye for detail and committed to offering outstanding customer service. Local knowledge is desirable and you will benefit from a busy and fun environment, as well as full training and progression opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties 
  • Support the Sales and Lettings Teams when required
  • Carry out Property inspections 

Requirements:

  • Previous admin experience within property
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Articulate and well-presented
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • UK Driving License    

Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday

Salary: Upto £25,000 Basic (Depending on Experience), plus other company benefits.
