Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to work with their new homes development in the Felixstowe area.
The position will require a professional and articulate individual with a proven track record in new homes or residential Estate Agency
Key tasks include, but will not be limited to:
- Registering potential purchasers
- Attending viewings on-site.
- Dealing with offers and working to deadlines.
- Sales Progression
To be considered for the role you must have the following requirements:
- Previous experience working as a New Homes Sales Advisor or Residential Sales Negotiator
- A strong background in customer service
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organised
- Ability to close for business
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Working hours:
- Thursday through to Monday 10 am till 5 pm
In return, our clients are offering:
- A basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000
- On-target earnings of £40,000 plus
