Experienced in Paraplanning with strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and retirement planning?
We're recruiting for a Paraplanner to join our clients, an independent Financial Advisers firm based in Leicestershire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Paraplanning experience and strong technical expertise, looking to join a professional business offering hybrid working, a bonus scheme and ongoing professional development.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will:
- Conduct provider and product research, fund performance and risk analysis, and cash flow modelling
- Prepare bespoke, compliant suitability reports tailored to individual client needs
- Interpret Fact Finds and documentation to identify appropriate client outcomes and solutions
- Support senior staff and advisers with technical analysis and evidence-based recommendations
- Manage complex cases from inception to completion, resolving technical queries and providing suitable remedies
- Maintain your own workflow, working independently to meet deadlines and service level agreements
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and provide cover during absences when needed
Paraplanner requirements:
- Previous experience in Paraplanning
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and retirement planning
- Experience within fund performance, risk analysis, and cash flow modelling
