Are you an experienced Project Coordinator who is looking to join a global design firm that values its employees' well-being and longevity?

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with at least 4 years of experience in coordinating interior design (ID) projects to join our client’s Dubai studio alongside their award-winning ID team. Our clients are a global design firm operating in multiple countries and working on 1,000s of noteworthy projects across a wide range of sectors.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
  • Working from home on Monday and Friday

The successful Project Coordinator will be offered:

  • 10,000 - 15,000 AED – maybe open to paying more for an exceptional individual

Project Coordinator requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in Interior Design
  • Experience in Luxury Residential and/or Hotel Projects
  • Must be experienced in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and MS Office
  • GCC / UAE experience - advantage but not essential
  • Must have the ability to manage the Technical Production Team
  • A bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field is required
  • Knowledge of joinery detailing

The position of Project Coordinator responsibilities will include: 

  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are properly planned and executed. 
  • Coordinate with different design and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of project milestones. As well as, understanding the project requirements, objectives, and constraints
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks
  • Prepare a list of deliverables in line with the project requirements and contract from concept design stage to IFC. 
  • Maintain project records, including internal correspondence, internal meeting minutes, and change orders set out in the drawings and specifications
  • Review design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design and project requirements and industry standards
  • Assist Project Manager in Project Management registers and tools
  • Lead Technical team in producing technical drawings
  • Highlight design development details and materiality with the designer to ensure the design concept is implemented into design documentation
  • Provide details sketches for understanding of cadd technicians, detailers, and modelers
  • Managing overall drawing package
  • Coordinate with QA/QC team
  • Runs QA/QC check on all drawings and documentation
  • Provides guidance to the team on drawing numbering as per project protocols and requirements
