Our clients based in the Stockport area, are seeking a Property Inspector to join them initially on a 30 hour a week basis with no Saturdays, before becoming full time late 2022.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- Full UK Driving licence and access to own car
- Confident
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Good problem-solving skills
The position will require an individual with experience within Lettings, with key tasks including:
- Carrying out inventories
- Carrying out Inspections
- Lettings Administration
- Dealing with incoming calls
Working Hours:
- A 30-hour week
- No Saturdays
In return, our clients are offering the successful Property Inspector:
- £16,500 - £22,000 Basic
- Full time position in late 2022
