Our client, a well-established and respected independent Estate agent is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team in Bath.

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have the following:
- Ability to use own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Driven, wanting to continuously improve
- Experience in property management
- A full UK driver’s license
- Willing to learn and follow procedures
- Someone able to work well independently as well as in a team
Property Manager tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and landlords
- Chasing landlords for approval of maintenance
- Chasing Contractors to do maintenance
- Adding invoices, liaising with accounts
- Ensuring contractors' insurance are up to date
- Returning deposits
- Between tenancies, booking inventories & cleaning
- Renewing tenancies
- Ensuring Safety certificates are correct and in date
- Ensuring the properties are safe
- Booking and performing property visits and sending reports
- Helping the office and working as part of a team
Working hours of a Property Manager:
- Monday to Thursday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- Friday 9 am – 5 pm
- Alternate Saturdays 9 am – 2 pm (time off in lieu)
Our client is offering the successful Property Manager:
- £23,000 - £26,000 basic
- £28,000 OTE
