We're recruiting for a Property Management Team Leader to join an established and highly respected, award-winning independent estate agency in South East London.

The Role
As a Property Management Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of four Property Managers
- Conduct performance reviews and support individual career progression plans
- Oversee the full property management operation, including maintenance, compliance, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes
- Monitor KPIs, workloads and portfolio performance to maintain high operational standards
- Manage escalated complaints and complex cases while maintaining strong client relationships
- Drive process improvements, audits and service standards to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Report to senior leadership and contribute to wider business planning and property management initiatives
Property Management Team Leader Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities
- A positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards
- A commitment to supporting, coaching and developing team members
What's on Offer?
- Up to £40,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

- Monday to Friday working, 9am–6pm
