The position will suit an existing Property Manager looking to progress their career.
Our clients are seeking:
- A highly organised individual
- Good communication skills
- Strong telephone manner
Key tasks of a Property Manager will include:
- Property Management
- Tenancy disputes
- Dealing with deposits
- Carrying out Inventories
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Conducting Check outs
Salary:
- Basic £22,500-£26,000 plus bonus scheme
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
