Our clients based in Somerset, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The role will suit either a Trainee Residential Surveyor or an experienced Chartered Residential Surveyor:
Key responsibilities included in the role of a Residential Surveyor:
- Valuations
- Homebuyers Reports
- Building surveys
Requirements for the experienced Chartered Surveyor role:
- A FRICS / MRICS / AssocRICS candidate with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
For the trainee position our clients are happy to consider the following:
- SAVA students/graduates, who are nearing completion or near completion of the course.
- RICS Registered Valuer status is preferable, but qualifications can also be supported.
