Are you an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor experienced in Level 1 and Level 2 Surveys, looking to join a growing, well-established practice on a remote / WFH basis?
What's on offer? A remote-based position, £54,000 - £62,000 Basic, up to £77,000 OTE, full-time or part-time hours, car allowance, healthcare and strong bonuses!
This Residential Surveyor position will see the successful individual carry out Mortgage Valuations and conduct Level 2 Surveys.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
- Minimum AssocRICS or higher
- Proven track record in Surveying
- UK Driving License
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Working hours:
- As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days)
- Remote-based, 25-mile radius from home.
- Monday to Friday
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
- Salary package: £54,000 - £62,000 Basic, £64,000 - £77,000 OTE
- Bonuses: Additional £10,000 - £15,000 per annum
