Working hours:
- Full-time (9-5, open to make flexible adjustments)
- Remote working
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
- Basic salary £55,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience, with option to have a lower basic, with a great commission structure for higher earning potential).

- Training available to MRICS Status and Level 3
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surveying
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carrying out Homebuyer surveys (essential)
- Carrying out Building Surveys (training on this if necessary)
- Valuations
