We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly respected and growing surveying organisation, covering Dartford and South East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Surveyor looking for flexibility, pre-booked appointments, dedicated administrative support, and the freedom to manage their own workload.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out residential valuations and Level 2 home surveys across your designated geographical area
- Produce accurate, professional reports using market-leading technology
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing your workload effectively
- Work towards achievable performance and income targets within a supportive team
- Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
- Ensure all surveying work is completed in line with professional, regulatory, and compliance standards
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualified
- Newly qualified SAVA Surveyors will also be considered
- Previous experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential property and surveying principles
- Excellent organisational, communication, and report-writing skills
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
