Sales Administrator - Mansfield

Our client is a busy and well-respected Independent Estate Agency based in Mansfield.  They are seeking an experienced Secretary/ Administrator to help with the busy workload. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar position within the property sector.

The Secretary/ Administrator role will involve tasks including:

  • General office administration
  • Supporting the sales
  • Maintaining and organising filing system
  • Registering new candidates
  • Booking in marketing appraisals
  • Creating brochures

The successful Secretary/ Administrator must have:

  • Experience working as an administrator/ secretary
  • Team player
  • Well-presented and good communication skills
  • Strong work ethic

  • £20,000 basic salary

Working hours:

  •  Monday-Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm,
  • Alternate Saturdays 9 am-1 pm
