The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Promote and sell company benefits and membership services
  • Cross-sell related services to existing and prospective members
  • Support the onboarding of new members and ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Build strong relationships with clients through a consultative sales approach
  • Work towards targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Sales Advisor Requirements

  • Experience in estate agency or a sales-focused role (preferred)
  • Strong telephone manner and confident communication skills
  • Proven ability to sell, promote services, and close business
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Target-driven, motivated, and commercially aware
  • Organised with good attention to detail
