Our clients, an estate agency based in the Hull area, are currently looking for such an individual to join their team as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator.
Ideally, they are looking for an experienced Estate Agent with a strong work ethic and a good track record within the industry. As well as, someone who is forward-thinking, driven and has the ability to drive the business forward.
Key tasks include, but will not be limited to:
- Sales and Lettings Negotiating
- Marketing
- Social Media
- Canvassing
- Viewings
- Closing for Offers and deals
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
- Occasional Saturdays on a rota basis
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator the following:
- Basic salary £18,000 - £22,000
- On target earnings of £30,000
