Our clients, a forward-thinking Estate Agency in Manchester, are seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. The role will require an individual with a background in Estate Agency and a good knowledge of New Homes and Investment Sales.

The position will require a confident individual with the ability to bring new build properties to the market and sell to investment buyers. Residential Estate Agency experience is essential

Responsibilities for the role of a Sales Manager:

  • Listing New Build properties to the market
  • Liaising with developers to gain instructions
  • Promoting properties to Investment buyers
  • Negotiating and closing for sales

To be considered for the role of Sales Manager you must have the following requirements:

  • Estate Agency background
  • Good knowledge of the New Build and Investment market

Working hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 9 am-6 pm
  • 5 pm finish on Fridays
  • Saturdays – 1 in 3 10am-4pm

Salary/Benefits:

  • £40,000 - £50,000  Basic
  • £55,000 - £70,000 OTE
  • Car parking space at the branch
  • Year-end profit-related bonus
  • Pension Scheme.
  • Holiday allowance – 4 weeks
  • Shares in the company and further promotions.
