Our client is a well-established, forward-thinking Estate Agency. They’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their busy branch in Rochester.
The duties of the Sales Manager will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing and training the sales team
- Ensuring customers get the best possible service
- Successfully listing a targeted number of properties
- Developing a strong knowledge of your local market
The successful Sales Manager must have the following attributes:
- The ability to build a great relationship with customers
- Drive and determination with a passion for property
- At least 2 year’s experience in an estate agency
- Strong leadership skills
- Full UK driving license
Working hours:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be required to work 5 days per week, including some Saturdays.
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager:
- £24,000 basic salary (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
- £45,000 uncapped OTE
- Car allowance or company car
- 33 days paid holiday
