Our client, a well-known and successful estate agency is currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in the Medway area.
Salary on offer to the successful Sales Manager:
- £25,000 basic salary
- £45,000 OTE
- Car allowance or company car
- 33 days paid holiday

Working hours:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be required to work 5 days per week, including some Saturdays.
To be considered for the role of Sales Manager you must have:
- The ability to build a great relationship with customers
- Drive and determination with a passion for property
- At least 2 year’s experience in an estate agency
- Strong leadership skills
- Full UK driving license
Key duties of the Sales Manager will include:
- Managing and training the sales team
- Ensuring customers get the best possible service
- Successfully listing a targeted number of properties
- Developing a strong knowledge of your local market
