Our client, a multi-awarding winning Estate Agent are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them in their team in Diss.
This would be a great opportunity for a Sales Negotiator looking for their next step within Estate Agency.
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
- Valuation generation
- Negotiating offers
- Accompanied viewings
- Some sales progression when needed
To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator:
- At least 2 years' experience in Estate Agency
- Proactive
- Hard-working attitude
- Ambitious
- Good customer service skills
- The full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Working hours:
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday, including Saturdays on a rota basis
Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- Basic salary of up to £21,000
- Generous commission structure
- Ongoing training & support
