We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected independent estate agency in the Chelmsford area. Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, forward-thinking team within one of the most established and respected brands in Essex.
This role would suit a motivated and career-driven Sales Negotiator who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding client service, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors, delivering an excellent customer experience
- Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties
- Manage the sales progression process through to completion, ensuring smooth transactions
- Work closely with Mortgage & Protection Advisors to maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Liaise with the lettings team to support referrals and generate additional business
- Contribute to the overall success and performance of the branch
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Sales Negotiator role
- Strong sales ability with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Career-driven and motivated to progress within property
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Strong team player with a professional approach
