They are now looking to add a motivated individual to their close-knit and supportive team in the Mildenhall area and will consider candidates currently working within estate agency in a different capacity who are looking to transition into a Sales Negotiator role.

The role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering an outstanding service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
  • Arranging market appraisals
  • Managing sales progression and liaising with all parties
  • Handling general administration and CRM updates

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience working within an estate agency (sales, lettings, admin, or similar)
  • Be based in or around the Mildenhall area
  • Be career-driven with a strong desire to earn and progress
  • Offer excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be confident with IT systems and property software
  • Have strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Work well within a team while bringing your own initiative and personality
