The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Progress sales through to successful completion
- Generate valuation opportunities and arrange market appraisals
- Canvass for new business and identify opportunities to grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Follow up enquiries and leads via telephone and face-to-face meetings
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Previous estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area is desirable
- Positive, proactive, and motivated approach
- Professional telephone manner and confident interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the property industry
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
