We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and established estate agency, offering excellent career progression, strong earning potential, and a supportive team environment.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Conduct property viewings across Prime Central London
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Register and qualify new applicants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Keep vendors updated throughout the sales process
- Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry through to completion
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve targets
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Previous experience within residential property, ideally in sales, although lettings experience will also be considered
- Passion for the property industry and delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Hard-working, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Able to work independently as well as part of a successful team
- Knowledge of the Prime Central London market would be advantageous but is not essential
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- One Saturday per month with a day in lieu
