The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Progress property sales through to completion
- Generate new business opportunities and identify potential instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and solicitors
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets
- Keep CRM systems and property records up to date
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Previous experience within residential property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
