Our clients, an established leading estate agency, are actively seeking a Sales Progressor to join their team based in Bracknell.
They are ideally looking for a driven and organised individual who has a great ability to work to tight deadlines. To be considered for this role, you must have strong customer service skills and experience with property sales progression.
Key responsibilities of a Sales Progressor will include:
- Liaising with vendors and purchasers
- Liaising with solicitor
- Progressing sales to exchange and completion
- Progressing sales to successful completion
- Dealing with mortgage advisors/banks and related issues
- Progressing sales to successful completion
- Manage Clients expectations
For the role of Sales Progressor you must have the following requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Achieve deadlines and targets
- Up to date knowledge of the house sales process
- Experienced with legalities
- Self-starter with organisation skill sets
- Proven track record
- Live local to Bracknell
Salary/Package:
- Basic £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
