Our clients, an established leading estate agency, are actively seeking a Sales Progressor to join their team based in Faringdon.

They are ideally looking for a driven and organised individual who has a great ability to work to tight deadlines. In order to be considered for this role, you must have strong customer service skills and experience with property sales progression.

Key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Liaising with vendors and purchasers
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Progressing sales to exchange and completion
  • Progressing sales to successful completion
  • Dealing with mortgage advisors/banks and related issues
  • Progressing sales to successful completion
  • Manage Clients expectations

To be considered for the role of Sales Progressor you must have the following requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Achieve deadlines and targets
  • Up to date knowledge of the house sales process
  • A background in property or legal/conveyancing
  • Experienced with legalities
  • Self-starter with organisation skill sets
  • Proven track record
  • Live local to Faringdon (Preferred not essential)  

Hours: As a Sales Progressor you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (Option of some days working from home).  

Salary: In return, my client is offering a basic salary of £22,000 - £23,000 Basic (depending on experience), with an OTE of £24,000.
