Our clients, an independent and growing Estate Agency, are actively looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their team in Lichfield.
Ideally, they require an experienced Estate Agent who can work well within a team and offer excellent customer service, with the ability to promote and sell a wide range of properties.
Key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Sales Negotiating
- Sales Progression
- Arranging Viewings
- Chasing viewing feedback
- Updating Vendors
- Dealing with offers
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- The week after Monday - Saturday 9am - 5:30pm with a day off in the week.
In return, our clients are offering:
- A basic salary of £17,000
- On target earnings of £22,000
- Business mileage 30p per mile
