My client a well-respected independent agency are currently seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their close knit team in the Deptford area.
Working days:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work 5 days per week
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Circa £25,000 basic salary DOE
- OTE of £50,000 in 1st year
- Realistic OTE of £70,000 after the 1st year
- 10% commissions on sales and instructions

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator must have:
- At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Hard-working attitude
- Ambitious
- Career driven
- A Team Player, but with individual flair
- Good customer service skills
- Full UK Driver’s License & access to own car
- Knowledge of the South East London area
Duties included in the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
- Valuation generation
- Negotiating offers
- Accompanied Viewings
