As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will be:

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings (when needed) with confidence and professionalism
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Negotiate offers effectively to secure the best outcomes
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
  • Actively contribute to business growth by generating new opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • Recent and relevant experience working as a Sales Negotiator
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, well-organised, and capable of managing a busy workload with minimal supervision
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
