They’re seeking a driven property professional with at least 5 years’ experience, someone who isn’t focused on job titles, but is motivated by delivering results and earning a package on par with a Branch Manager.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will be:
- Conducting and arranging property viewings
- Carrying out valuations when required
- Progressing sales smoothly through to completion
- Negotiating offers and securing successful outcomes
- Proactively marketing existing stock and identifying new business opportunities
- Registering and qualifying buyers and sellers
- Handling general administrative tasks to support the sales process
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in estate agency sales
- A strong track record of performance in a competitive sales environment
- Instruction-winning experience (preferred but not essential)
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset
- Confidence in dealing with high-calibre, discerning clients
- Energy, resilience and adaptability, with a positive approach to change and innovation
