Key responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both buyers and vendors, ensuring a high standard of customer experience throughout.
- Overseeing the sales process from offer agreed through to completion, keeping everything on track.
- Organising and carrying out property viewings, presenting homes in a confident and personable manner.
- Negotiating offers effectively to secure the best possible result for all parties.
- Working alongside Mortgage & Protection Advisors to identify and maximise additional opportunities.
- Collaborating with the lettings team to generate referrals and support wider business growth.
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
- At least 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Sales driven with a 'get up and go' attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Career driven
- Clean driving licence
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal
- A team player
