  • Current experience within the Colchester property market (essential)
  • A strong track record of winning business and closing deals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, personable, and customer-first approach
  • A natural leader who thrives in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
