As a Senior Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business and securing property instructions for the branch. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting accurate and professional property valuations based on local market knowledge, property condition, and comparable evidence
- Winning new instructions by confidently presenting the agency’s services and demonstrating their value to potential clients
- Providing expert advice to vendors on pricing strategy and how best to position their property for a successful sale
- Generating valuation leads through networking, prospecting, and relationship building
- Maintaining regular communication with potential sellers, following up after valuation appointments and nurturing opportunities through the sales process
- Delivering a high level of customer service and building long-term client relationships
