The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- £25,000 OTE for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator
- £35,000 OTE for an experienced Lettings Negotiator

Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Ideally some experience working within a fast-paced lettings environment (not essential for trainee level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
- Booking market appraisals for the lettings team
- Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Canvassing and prospecting for new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
