Our client, a well-respected Developer are currently seeking a New Homes Site Sales Manager to join their team overseeing a site based in the outskirts of Norwich.

The successful individual will require previous experience in the field of new build house sales either directly with a housebuilder or within a specialist new homes sales department at a recognised Estate Agents.

New Homes experience is not essential, however, the ability to liaise with developers, help win business and drive the sales team forward is essential. The focus of this role will involve business development and ensure the residential sales team are driving new homes sales-forward and maximising opportunities.

To be considered for the Site Sales Manager you must have the following:

  • Extensive New Build experience
  • Highly driven and determined attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Management experience preferable
  • Knowledge of the full sales process

Working hours:

  • Thursday to Monday 10.00am – 5.00pm

In return, our client can offer the successful Site Sales Manager the following:

  • £26,500 Basic Salary DOE
  • £60,000 OTE
  • Private medical insurance
