My client is a multi-branch Estate Agency with offices across Essex. Due to the demands of the business, they are looking for a Trainee Floating property Consultant to join their network and support busy branches throughout Essex.
With record levels of business being achieved over recent months they require a self-motivated driven individual who can adapt to working in different markets and make the necessary impact across several offices where needed. This role would suit Candidates already in a Property Consultant role with a proven track record of achieving targets and ideally having worked in several different demographics.
Skills Required:
- This role would suit Candidates already in a Property Consultant role with a proven track record of achieving targets or a sales background looking to start within estate agency
- Excellent people skills to work with different teams
- Confident, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Local geographical knowledge would be helpful but not essential
- UK driving licence
Salary Package:
- Basic salary, plus an OTE of £20,000-£24,000 depending on experience
- Possible use of a branded company vehicle/potential attractive car allowance
- End of year discretionary profit share
- Excellent internal training and progression!
