We had a great month back in May achieving a record-breaking week and coming just shy of a record month for the company, however, the GCB Recruitment team smashed our brilliant month of May out of the water this August!
August was all about breaking records for our team. By not only having another record-breaking week, like the one in May, but by having TWO record breaking weeks, one after the other. Those weeks ultimately lead the team to achieve GCB Recruitment’s BEST EVER month in its history!!
Having a record-breaking week and month was great for us as a team and that’s all we thought we would get; however, the month also lead to each and every one of our recruitment consultants to achieve their best ever month. With one consultant, Jessica Dean, finally smashing the ‘Best Individual Month’ record which has been held by our Managing Director, Gareth Broom, for years! Not only did Jessica claim that record, but she along with Oliver Cliffe also achieved a joint record fee.
August has been an incredible month for GCB as a business but it’s our staff that make us most pleased and proud. And Gareth had this to say about them “I said it back in May that a business is only as successful as the staff it has supporting it and I still stand by my sentiment that GCB Recruitment as a business couldn’t ask for a better team than the one it has right now! Every single member of my team recruitment consutlant or not are what make GCB, GCB and I’m proud they work for me.”
