WHAT A MAY!

We’ve just achieved the best week in GCB Recruitment’s history!! Despite having both of our Senior recruitment consultants on (well-deserved) annual leave for a period of time during the month, our whole team put in an incredible performance. Even coming just short of a record month for the company! 

With the market this year more challenging than ever for most recruitment agencies, our staff have shown that it takes more than their ability to do well. It’s all about having the right motivation and attitude. Our Managing Director, Gareth Broom’s favourite philosophy to live by is;

"ABILITY is what you're capable of doing. MOTIVATION determines what you do, and ATTITUDE determines how well you do it!"

And our staff took this on board, going above and beyond for their clients and candidates to ensure that they provided a service they themselves would wish to receive. Which in turn has given both themselves and their clients and candidates the results everyone wanted.

Gareth has this to say “As a business, we and more importantly I, couldn’t be more pleased or proud of our staff for all their continued hard work not only this month but every month. They continually put in the effort to perform at their very best both for themselves and the business. A business is only as successful as the staff it has supporting it, and right now I couldn’t ask for a better team to have supporting GCB Recruitment!” 

The last time the staff broke this internal record was back in 2018 during the same month, May!
