IN-HOUSE PROMOTION

Following two years within the business, we are delighted to announce that Oliver Cliffe has been promoted to a senior consultant within GCB Recruitment.

Oliver has performed consistently year on year and has transformed his respective desk along with adding value to the business with his constant support and dedication to not only the company but to his colleagues.

Our Managing Director, Gareth Broom, expressed “Both myself and my management team have seen Oliver flourish in his role over the years and the promotion is a just reward for his loyalty and hard work to date. He's a credit to himself and the business as a whole."

Oliver joined the GCB in September 2016 and after a highly successful spell recruiting within our property department as the Midlands area manager, has flourished this year in his new position as Financial Services recruitment consultant.

He was delighted with his promotion commenting “I'm very grateful to be promoted to a Senior Consultant and to be recognised for my hard work. I'm at a stage in my career where I feel ready to take on more responsibility and work towards the next step.” 

This occassion places emphasis on one of GCB’s great ethos of internal promotions following in the steps of last year’s promotion of Georgia Lane.
