Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:

  • Manage the maintenance process, ensuring timely completion of tasks and keeping landlords, tenants, and contractors informed
  • Conduct property viewings and assist prospective tenants in finding their ideal home
  • Carry out regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Complete inventories accurately, ensuring transparency for landlords and tenants
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a customer-first approach
  • Handle tenant and landlord enquiries professionally and efficiently

The successful Property Manager will have:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in property management or a similar role
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ambitious, eager to grow, and willing to take initiative
