This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As Tenancy Manager, you will be responsible for managing tenancy-related matters from start to finish, ensuring both Landlords and Tenants receive an exceptional level of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Duties of a Tenancy Manager will include:

  • Managing Landlord and Tenant queries
  • Handling tenancy renewals and terminations
  • Updating tenancy documentation and compliance records
  • Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
  • Negotiating deposit returns
  • Dealing with rent arrears
  • Ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients at all times

Tenancy Manager requirements:

  • Previous property management or lettings administration experience preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and confident communicator
  • Positive and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage workload independently
  • Understanding of lettings legislation/compliance advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Use of own vehicle required occasionally
